General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed at aislopmerch.com. Dutch law applies, and nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

• We / us: Huzz BV, trading as AISLOPMERCH.COM.
• You / customer: the person who places an order with us.
• Consumer: a customer acting outside a trade, business, craft or profession.
• Products: the clothing and other items offered in the shop, printed to order.
• Contract: the distance contract between you and us for the purchase of products.
• Withdrawal period: the period in which a consumer may cancel the contract without giving a reason.
• Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

3. Applicability

1. These terms apply to every offer from us and every contract between you and us.
2. Before the contract is concluded, these terms are made available on the website and can be saved or printed. We also send them, or a link to them, with the order confirmation.
3. If any provision is void or annulled, the rest of these terms remains in force. The void provision is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its intent.
4. We may change these terms. The version that was published when you placed your order applies to that order.

4. Offer

1. Every product page shows the design, garment, available colours, sizes and price incl. VAT.
2. Product photos are mockups: they show the design on the garment as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour, print size or placement are possible and do not make a product faulty.
3. Obvious mistakes in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.

5. Formation of the contract

1. The contract is concluded when you complete your order and payment at checkout.
2. We confirm your order by email straight away. You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before it goes into production, by emailing us.
3. We may refuse or cancel an order if there are reasonable grounds, for example suspected fraud or a product that can no longer be made. If you have already paid, we refund you within 14 days.

6. Prices and payment

1. All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before you pay.
2. You pay in advance through the payment methods offered at checkout. We start production once payment has been received.
3. Discount codes and promotions apply only under the conditions stated with them. They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined, unless stated otherwise.

7. Production and delivery

1. Every product is printed to order in our own in-house print studio. Production takes 5–7 working days.
2. We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg:

3. Delivery times are estimates. We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we can't, we tell you and you may cancel the contract free of charge; we then refund what you paid within 14 days.
4. We deliver to the address you provide. You are responsible for entering it correctly. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we can resend it at your cost.
5. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you designated. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

1. As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you, or someone you designated, receive the product. If one order arrives in several parcels, it starts after the last one arrives.
2. This right also applies to our print-on-demand products, because our designs are standard and not made to your personal specifications.
3. For full-price products we voluntarily extend the period to 30 days, provided the product is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Sale items and promotional products have the statutory 14 days. This extension does not affect your statutory rights.
4. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email, for example using the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms. We confirm receipt without delay.
5. Return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
6. During the withdrawal period, handle the product carefully. Only unpack or use it as far as needed to judge its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a store. If you handle it beyond that, you are liable for any decrease in value.
7. We refund all payments, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product back or until you show that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. We refund using the payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise, at no cost to you.

9. Conformity and warranty

1. We guarantee that our products meet the contract, the specifications in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which always apply.
2. If a print is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We then send a free replacement or refund you, and you don't have to return the product. This also applies to sale items.
3. Report other defects within a reasonable time after you discover them. A report within two months is always on time.
4. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, incorrect washing (follow the care instructions: inside out, 30°C, no tumble dryer, no ironing over the print), or changes made to the product by you or third parties.

10. Liability

1. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
2. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or consequential loss.
3. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.

11. Intellectual property

1. All designs, texts, images and other content on aislopmerch.com belong to Huzz BV or its licensors.
2. Buying a product gives you the right to own and wear it, not to copy, reproduce or sell the designs.

12. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

13. Complaints

1. Send complaints about a product or our service to support@aislopmerch.com, with your order number and a clear description.
2. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and give a substantive answer within 14 days. If we need more time, we tell you within those 14 days when you can expect an answer.

14. Applicable law and disputes

1. Dutch law applies to all contracts with us. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
2. We first try to solve any dispute together with you. If that fails, the dispute is brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer, you may also go to the court of your place of residence.
